Terms of use.

01The service

Loshie analyses a brand's website and documents to build a Brand DNA, then suggests visuals that respect that brand (Explorer, Create, Studio) and lets you export them. The service evolves regularly: features may be added, changed or removed.

02Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Your account is personal: keep your password confidential and tell us about any use you did not authorise. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

03Discovery offer

Each person receives 20 free credits, once, after confirming their email address. The Discovery offer covers one brand and its exports carry a watermark. Creating several accounts to collect this offer more than once is forbidden.

04Credits

• Generations use credits; the cost is shown before you start a generation. Browsing, keeping or passing on proposals and exporting do not use credits.
• A generation that fails does not use credits.
• Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were granted for; they do not roll over.
• Credits bought as an add-on remain usable for 12 months.
• Credits have no cash value: they cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

05Subscriptions and payment

The plans (Essential, Pro, Studio) and their prices are shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. Payment is handled by Stripe and made in advance, monthly or yearly.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price increase, which you can refuse by cancelling.

06Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, by writing to hello@loshie.com. If you started using the service during that period, the share corresponding to credits already used remains due, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully provided.

07Your content

You remain the owner of what you upload (texts, logos, images, documents). You allow us to host, process and pass it to our providers solely to provide the service, and for as long as necessary.

You guarantee that you hold the rights to this content, in particular to the brands and logos you use.

08Your creations

You may use the creations generated for your own purposes, including commercial ones. We claim no rights over them.

They are produced by artificial intelligence: similar results may be suggested to other users, and we guarantee neither their exclusivity nor that they are free of third-party rights. Review them before publishing, especially wording, product claims and the use of third-party brands.

09Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Loshie to:

• produce content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, violent, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate another person or a brand you do not represent;
• get around credits, limits or the service's protections, or collect offers with several accounts;
• scrape the service automatically, overload it, reverse-engineer it or introduce malicious code into it.

10Availability

We do our best to keep Loshie available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it: the service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of an incident at a provider.

11Liability

We commit to using reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect damage (loss of revenue, customers or data). For business customers, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the rights the law guarantees consumers.

12Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@loshie.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after warning you unless the abuse is serious or the law requires otherwise.

13Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can close your account before it takes effect.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country of residence. If there is a problem, please write to us first at hello@loshie.com. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law for consumers, and those of the publisher's registered office for business customers.
